SOLUTION = METHODOLOGY + CONSULTING + IMPLEMENTATION

The challenge lies in the area of methodology. This methodology is one of our strengths.

Here, we develop concepts, best practice approaches and – if the appropriate products are not available –the necessary tools. We then supplement the methodology with consulting and/or implementation services, thereby creating a solution that our customers can implement.

We are convinced that good solutions can and should ultimately be converted into products. For this reason, we approach product manufacturers we know and offer our solutions as part of our services.
But even without product implementation, our solutions can be operationalized and used.
Examples of this are our solutions for the third pillar/third mission or performance-based funding allocation (LOM).

Our solutions actively and positively differentiate us as a consulting and implementation service provider from other consulting and service companies. This is another reason why we invest in solutions that we consider to be effective and beneficial. Continuously.

Services from the solution forge include the 360°CRIS Review, Transfer / Third Mission, Fit for KDSF / RIS?, the six-phase model for successful system implementation, and much more.

When it comes to presenting researcher profiles or research achievements in an attractive way to the public, funding bodies or partner companies, this presentation must fit seamlessly into the look and feel of the institution. The first solutions based on VIVO are already in productive use. We are currently working on scaling these solutions for different RIS products

We have many ideas of our own on the subject of artificial intelligence – in the context of RIS and beyond. We have strengthened our team accordingly and built up expertise – the first AI projects will be implemented shortly.
