AT-CRIS has a six-phase model for successful product launches that has been developed from practical experience and has been tried and tested many times in the market. This model can be used to manage projects with individual work packages, individual phases or in their entirety.

Today, the AT-CRIS model provides the basis for a targeted, resource-saving and efficient product launch for many individual organisations
as well as entire network structures.

KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER STRUCTURES

AT-CRIS knows the universities and research institutions

AT-CRIS employees are familiar with the university structures from previous activities at the universities themselves, but of course also from their daily co-operation with the universities.
On more than one occasion, AT-CRIS employees have been deployed as “internal” employees in university projects.
AT-CRIS employees also support the client’s project team in discussions at management level,
with the data protection or staff council and others on request.
