This is AT-CRIS!
I am important and part of the whole
As employees, we make a difference for our customers and are a key pillar of AT-CRIS.
We are AT-CRIS’s greatest asset. If one of us leaves AT-CRIS, there will be a gap in terms of people, content and capacity. Each of us is important and therefore part of the whole.
It is AT-CRIS’s ultimate goal to be the company for its employees.
Only together can we continue to write our story of the “pile of boards”.
We look forward to the next chapters of our shared history.
The AT-CRIS “work family”
AT-CRIS is the “work family” for all employees.
We work together as a team, laugh together, share successes and failures.
No one tries to make themselves look good at the expense of others. We trust each other at all levels. This creates a relaxed atmosphere, even in stressful times, and leads to the great atmosphere within the AT-CRIS work family, which sets us apart from other employers.
We approach problems objectively, solution-orientated and directly.
We do not put off important issues and or carry them around with us.
We work with our customers and their challenges every day –
so it is important that we are as free as possible from home-grwon problems.
In our work family, we all have our place, feel secure, have a voice, and can contribute.
Whether it’s developing new services, breaking new ground, or simply through our daily work.
When we tackle things together and support each other – as our experience has shown –
we manage to push boundaries and ultimately open up new horizons for ourselves.
It’s going to be good.
Every member of our work family is valuable and creates value.
It is important to us to make these value visible and to recognise it.
We are aware that sometimes we have to work to achieve this visibility ourselves.
We consciously take a break from the stress of everyday life, make time for our colleagues, and show them that we value them and their work.
As a work family, we celebrate successes together, but we also take a critical look at ourselves.
Personal family comes first
We create a family environment, our own culture, trust, our own humour and perhaps even our own language.
But we also set clear boundaries –
AT-CRIS as a work family always stands behind our own personal families.
Sometimes compromises are needed between the work family and one’s own personal family.
Sometimes we also find ourselves in a grey area, but we never put our own personal family at risk.
The work family cannot and must not replace one’s own personal family.
We are there for our customers
We are there for our customers, listen to them and work every day to find the best possible solution for them. Without our customers, we would not exist. We remind ourselves of this every day and thus achieve the best quality of work even in difficult times. Each of us makes a difference – every day.
Precisely because we are highly motivated, work hard and are there for our customers, we must not forget where we ultimately belong – to our work family – to our own family. We work closely and trustingly with our customers. Right from the start. Always at full steam. If we ever have to push back a deadline, our customers understand, because the next moment we are ready to do what we do best: generate the best possible solution – for our customers.
